For the first time, the NPP Late Model Series will be participating in the HERITAGE PARADE in the town of Stony Plain, Alberta. NPP Series driver Mike Tom and the NPP Series official Pace Car will be part of the show. This parade kicks off the Farmers Day weekend and the Kinsmen Rodeo.

Parade Start: 11:00AM
The parade route is approximately 2.5km's in length and incorporates a majority of downtown Stony Plain. Begins at 49th Avenue/Brown Street. Travels west on 49th Ave. to 48th Street. South on 48th Street to 51st Avenue. West on 51st Avenue to 50th Street (MAIN STREET). Travels 8 blocks south on 50th Street (downtown) to 57th Avenue. West on 57th Ave to 48th Street. North on 48th Street to 54th Avenue which lead back to the starting point of the parade.

The 8th annual Fathers Day Show & Shine will be held at CHURCH ON 99TH in Edmonton. Over 300 hot rods, antiques, sports cars, race cars, trucks and motorcycles will be on display. The NPP Late Model Series will be participating in this years event.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 22, 2009 - NPP Late Model Series competitor Travis Day was a parade participant in his hometown of Whitecourt, Alberta. Lead by the NPP Series pace car, Travis paraded his #10 Chevrolet on a flatbed owned by his company, Trappers Auto Parts and Towing.

SAT. & SUN. AUGUST 8 & 9, 2009 - Over 7,500 people attended the 14th annual Darwell AG Drags in Darwell, Alberta. NPP Late Model Series announcer Gord Craig helped co-announce the event both days.

THURSDAY, JULY 30, 2009 - The #61 Chevrolet of NPP Late Model Series competitor Bruce Broughton was on displa his sponsor in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Part Source was hosting its customer appreciation day. Lots of giveaways and great food. Also on display was the #26 NASCAR of Jamie McMurray.

NPP Pace Car lined up for 2009 Capital X Parade in downtown Edmonton.

THURSDAY, JULY 16, 2009 - The NPP Late Model Series participated in the CAPITAL X Parade in downtown Edmonton. More than 400,000 spectators lined the 4 kilometer long parade route. There were 120 entrants in this years parade.

SATURDAY, May 16, 2009 - NPP Series competitor Curtis Moore and his Air Power System #80 Dodge plus the NPP Series official pace car were on display at Bridge City Chrysler in Lethbridge, Alberta for the 1st annual Rick Ervin Memorial Charity BBQ. Ervin was a major supporter of motorsports in Lethbridge and an employee at the the dealership.

MONDAY, September 1st - The NPP Late Model Series official pace car was part of the 10th annual "Grand Parade" along mainstreet in Elma, Washington. The NPP Series was making its inaugural trip to the United States.

SUNDAY, June 18th - Despite inclement weather, over 200 cars, trucks and motorcycles were on display at the 7th annual Fathers Day Show 'n' Shine at the Church on 99th in Edmonton, Alberta. The NPP Dodge Charger Pace car was on display for the first time sporting its pace car decal package.

Over 1,700 people took in this years Show n Shine event.
